This is the conversation between the brain and the body – anything that creates challenge to the tissues.

Designed to move in an organic manner; multi directional, purposed and levelled. Creating challenges that reinforce successful movement patterns, build confidence and destress the tissues.

Perform

Perform loads the tissues with stress in a positive manner in a life-like or sports specific environment.

Creating stress that mimic the client goals, stimulating responses for all types of tissues to optimise performance and longevity.

We implement variable forces to enable tissue to respond in a positive outcome.

Indoor & outdoor Sessions

Our principles (Move, Perform, Recover) are applied to our indoor and seasonal outdoor group sessions.

Indoor group sessions are limited to 6 people per session and our seasonal outdoor sessions cater for larger numbers in locations next to each studio in Guildford and South Guildford.
